Terrible service..run around 3 months to get compensation for a runt sofa they will ask you to take photographs and will want to settle with for you for pennies on the dollar do not hire this company
I have never used a moving company. This first experience was a most horrible one. They arrived at my place 1.5 hrs after they called and told me they were on their way. As soon as one of the workers get in, he heads to my bathroom throwing up from apparently a night of drinking. He then goes outside doing the same. They then leave and call me saying they cant find a replacement helper and would have to cancel or reschedule for Tuesday. I am to turn in my keys tomorrow. The manager who i might add is unprofessional app... read more

Worst moving experience 1.) All My Sons (AMS) charged us for materials that were never used during our moving process. We were charge for 4 mirror cartons at $4.00 each, 2 shrink wrap at $25.00 each, 6 tape at $3.50 each, and 1 convenience package at $15.00, all totaling $102.00 in moving supplies that were never used. I've contacted the company on several occasions about this (more than 3 times) and their response has been that they will look into it and get back to me each time. Where to begin... our move was scheduled for 8am and the movers arrived at 3:30. It took them almost 4 hours to load a two bedroom worth of stuff, to the point my husband had to help. While loading the last item one of the movers hurt his foot. We were told they would have to park the truck with our stuff for a few days till they could find someone to unload it. My husband said NO! We will unload it. So I called my family (5 men) to come help. It was raining and my husband got in the truck to start unloading and the ramp's g... read more

This was my first move as I transitioned from on-campus living to off-campus living and this company made it terrible. They sent my movers THREE hours late, but repeatedly told me "someone is on the way." I only had a little time left before I had to go into work, so I had to start moving things myself. My movers finally showed up, these men were actually nice, but I only used them for 45 minutes due to the fact that they were sent so late. At the end of the move, they still made me pay 500 dollars.
