This was possibly the worst move I have every experienced. They were to come on Fri @12, no one showed up so at 1245 I called. They said they were running late that they would be there 230. Well, 3pm comes & goes, I call again, given an ETA of 430 now, no one shows at 430, I call AGAIN, they tell me 630... I said that is ridiculous they will be here Til 1am!! Not acceptable, have them come FIRST thing sat mor at 8am. Meanwhile, we have to get a hotel room for FRiday eve bc we have sheets & everything boxed up & ready to move... read more
I should have read the reviews but these guys are devil's in sheep clothing. They are simply bad end of story and there customer care # is B.S..
I will NEVER recommend All My Sons Moving to anyone! Not only were they extremely over priced but their 3 man crew was a joke! They made sure to move things much slower than they needed, they tore up many walls in the old and new home, broke glass, did NOT reassemble anything. If you didn't have your eyes on them they were standing around talking! THE WORST MONEY EVER SPENT WAS ON THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A MOVING COMPANY!
I'm giving 2 stars until I know how this plays out. My husband has an email in to Customer Care, so we shall see if they really want to fix anything. Our movers were not super competent but they didn't see too bad. They were nice enough. When they met me at my new house though, they refused to unload until they were paid, but the price was higher than what my husband was quoted. They would not let me see anything, just told me to sign. I kept telling them it seemed too high. I finally just paid and signed because the longer ... read more
This company took full advantage of my 93 year old grandma and left out details that would be charged on her bill. Told her it was a $100 deposit and $99 an hour. Didn't tell her about fuel charges. Moved her three miles up the road from her one room nursing home and cost her $440 dollars!!!! Not to mention they would not unload the truck until they were paid. So they sat in the driveway for two more hours and charged her for every hour because there was a discrepancy that they weren't willing to settled with the original bi... read more

This company is the worst! Moving a two bedroom loft across town should not take nine hours. And at the end of nine hours having a garage full of stuff that they didn't move, as well as other property that couldn't fit in the truck was a nightmare! After damaging my property as well as my home I had enough. When I refused to pay their $1100 bill they took my property hostage. That's called stealing! If they have any decency and respect for their customers they will make it right with me. Time will tell.
I would love to give this company no stars but that is not an option. The worst customer service in the world. Now to be fair, the movers I had in Columbus, Ohio were friendly and appeared to do a decent job, but that is the extent of the positives for this horrible company. To start off with, our move was pushed back a day, after the crew they had assigned to us was delayed or something, and then they showed up late in the afternoon on the next day after a promised morning start.
