This company has been a tremendous disappointment on multiple levels. Was *assured* twice the week of our move that movers would be present between 8-9 am. Being a business move, it was critical that there not be a delay in getting equipment moved. At first we were told it would be an hour later. At the point, when I called back, we were told another half hour. Fast forward to 2 pm when they finally arrive. All the while having to pay multiple service people to stay and wait. They showed up 24 hours late with two men instead of 3 which I paid for, and then to make up for it they overcharged for everything, charged for supplies that were not used, $10 worth of fuel to the destination and charged $140 for it. They left all of the closets full of clothes and we had to move all of that stuff ourself. They ruined a set of sheets using the bedding for mattress carriers, and then charged for 2 mattress carriers. They didn't even offer an apology, instead became belligerent with me over the phone. Trying to figure out if this company is legit or A SCAM. Recently moved out of a 1750 sq foot home and moved 1 mile away. Called All My Sons Moving and had a good conversation on the phone that they would be able to move my home in 4 hours and was given a quote of $850. The movers arrived 45 mins late at 945am (no big deal) and they immediately got to work on wrapping up my furniture. They did a good job here. Everything else was boxed up so it was a simple load. I will absolutely never use this company again. Hidden expenses, movers that had "better" things to do, VERY unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else!

The worst moving experience of my life. HIDDEN CHARGES OUT THE WAH-ZUU. Sales department is out to make a buck off you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am trying to save you a headache. $600.40 for a ONE BEDROOM apartment with minimal amount of boxes. Absolutely would never use again. Movers were laxidaisical and unprofessional. Sales were just as bad, dishonest and unwilling to make things right.
