I scheduled my move 1 week in advance. I was told I was the 2nd move of the day and was told it would be around noon or 1:00 for their arrival. I took the day off work, waiting for them to show up. By 4:00 I called to see if they were still coming. I was told they were running behind on their first move and would be another 2 hours. Do not use this company! The guys that actually do the moving were great but the management is pathetic! They were a no show on the day we were to move with all sorts of reasons why. What I assume was the manager told me he would give me a big discount on my move and promised to "make it right." My "big" discount....$23 off on the packing materials. Then I was basically called a liar when they said their team was at my location longer than they actually were and argued with me over a 15 min discrepancy. So disappointing and ... read more

HORRIBLE!! Out of state move ... Truck arrived 3 hours later than we originally discussed. My brand new fridge now looks like someone took a baseball bat to the door. Dining room table has a hole that goes all the way through it. My front loader washing machine bought in Feb ... doesn't work even after two separate repair men have worked on it. Moving guys didn't even know what shipping bolts were when I asked if they had put them in to secure the drum. My dresser (bought in Dec) has a gouge in the top. The baseboards and ... read more

All My Sons has the worst customer service. After storing our belongings for a few weeks, they delivered the WRONG mattress. The local branch manager was no help. I filed a claim with customer service more than a month ago and this still has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I have left three messages for the claims manager, Doug, and have yet to receive a return call. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
The movers were nice and handled everything professionally. They did have to leave for an hour to get more packing materials because the truck was not properly stocked to begin the day. I was told I would be fully reimbursed for this time and I was not. Then I was told by the mover on site that my card would be credited back for the time in 3 to 4 business days. This company has been a tremendous disappointment on multiple levels. Was *assured* twice the week of our move that movers would be present between 8-9 am. Being a business move, it was critical that there not be a delay in getting equipment moved. At first we were told it would be an hour later. At the point, when I called back, we were told another half hour. Fast forward to 2 pm when they finally arrive. All the while having to pay multiple service people to stay and wait.
