The worst customer service I've ever encountered. 1. Refused to park infront of my apartment and forced me to rent a uhaul out of pocket if I wanted their services 2. Didn't show up to unload the truck 3. Are refusing to give me a refund (they billed first for 3 hours and I was told I would be given a refund for one hour of labor because it was under 2 hours) I am actively telling people I know to stay away from this company. Would never recommend to anyone.
Horrible experience. Movers okay-but the office guys are a bait and switch operation. They re-scheduled the moving day/time 3 times on me. I booked 2 weeks in advance AND put down $100 deposit. Missed a days work. Then ended up moving late Sat, instead of early Friday. They are extremely non caring. (the office part of it)

Moving & Storage — 1 star On a recent cross country move from Battle Ground WA to Manchester CT. All My Sons failed to show any respect for my property . Some of the Damage included a Crushed Weber smoker, Custom Cherry dining table with a broken Leg & Scratched leaves, a wooden chest had the doors ripped off, a broken floor lamp damaged lamp shades a mattress that was poked with a pitch fork. MY SON WORKED HERE FOR A SHORT TIME, THEY SAID THEY'RE MAILING HIS CHECK ON THE 13TH. HE STILL DOESN'T HAVE IT. I CALLED AND QUESTIONED THEM, FOUND OUT IT'S STILL THERE!!!!! I QUESTIONED WHY THEY'RE NOT COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE, THE DIDN'T LIKE MY SHITTY TONE WHILE TALKING AND TOLD ME " Look lady,i don't give a fuck what you think about how we do things. This is one of the most inhumane companies. they hire cheap labor and do not give them any support in preventing work injuries pertaining to overuse of muscles. They also belittle and degrade their employees afterwards. They depend on tips and even then supervisors pocket them. Let's get the word out people. Oh and let me add they will charge clients overtime but employees never see a penny of that.
