The bed wasn’t put together correctly, multiple screws were missing from 3 of the 4 bedposts. I assume they lost them and didn’t want to admit it. Instead of being honest they created a dangerous situation where the bed fell apart as soon as I sat on it. WE COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED AND IF MY PET WAS UNDERNEATH IT COULD HAVE BEEN CRUSHED TO DEATH. Lazy dangerous work that could have been fixed with a few words of caution. I can’t believe they let us believe the bed was safe.
RecommendedAll the workers were very professional and courteous, took great care of packing up and moving items even moved a custom made dog house for me...highly recommended!

RecommendedThey were extremely helpful, professional, efficient, and friendly! Would recommend them highly!
RecommendedWe are very impressed with All My Sons customer service and follow up. Since Covid in person estimating is difficult. We described to ALSM&S our load and sent them photos with dimensions to estimate weight and loading requirements. They did the estimate off this data and we were pleased with the quote. They followed up with sales manager calls, load master calls and finally driver calls to ensure we and they were ready. We had a professional team handle our furniture and they took no short cuts to ensure our mutual success. ... read more
Get new employees!!! They broke my 1952 jukebox, two book shelf’s. Also, playing basketball while others were working!!! We have to file a claim and I’m sure they will give us zero. Going to make it my lifetime goal to tell everyone I see to not use my Sons.
