Not happy with how Ben responded to my concerns and outrage over cost of moving 4 miles up the road on top of the damage! It took from 8:00am -4:30 to pack up my stuff and empty the truck! I feel like the company doesn’t care how long it takes as they are milking you for $169 per hour! Not everyone moves at the same pace and they should know that and NOT penalize the customer for it!
Currently my experience is being investigated by the police department in the city where I moved. The coordinator of the move & owner of the franchise were less than concerned.
My mother in law used this company yesterday to move her belongings out of storage into her new home yesterday, 6/14/2021. Absolutely WORST experience ever!!!!!! There were four guys and only one did his job while my two older boys did the other guys jobs. They were the laziest people! We found that many things had been broken that were not broken when being loaded and we got it on video. Over $1700 was paid to the company and the work done was awful!!! Do not use this company. This business is a total money scam! I was initially quoted $500 for “a worst case scenario of a four hour total move from an 800 sq ft apartment to my new place.” Six hours later, before delivering my furniture and belongings off the truck to my new home, I was informed my move would be over double the amount initially quoted to me prior to my move. The bed wasn’t put together correctly, multiple screws were missing from 3 of the 4 bedposts. I assume they lost them and didn’t want to admit it. Instead of being honest they created a dangerous situation where the bed fell apart as soon as I sat on it. WE COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED AND IF MY PET WAS UNDERNEATH IT COULD HAVE BEEN CRUSHED TO DEATH. Lazy dangerous work that could have been fixed with a few words of caution. I can’t believe they let us believe the bed was safe.

We described to ALSM&S our load and sent them photos with dimensions to estimate weight and loading requirements. They did the estimate off this data and we were pleased with the quote.
