Get new employees!!! They broke my 1952 jukebox, two book shelf’s. Also, playing basketball while others were working!!! We have to file a claim and I’m sure they will give us zero. Going to make it my lifetime goal to tell everyone I see to not use my Sons.

Scratches on the furniture and the floors in both the house moved from and house moved into. Broken dryer. Truck not big enough and 2 trips were required costing more than the estimate. Called twice to inform about the truck problem. Not good response. Emailed after about the issues and no one will respond
Well, they didn't show up for two days, I was promised free boxes and bubble wrap because of the first day they didn't show and 75$ off for the second day. Those weren't given to me. It's COVID19, and these two boys didn't bring a mask and I kept needing to help them move stuff because they didn't understand how to turn furniture around doorways, etc. They didn't bring any of that stuff, didn't give me that discount, only put about half the stuff on my list in the van, I have to hire ANOTHER moving company to get my desk out... read more
I planned my move with them almost two months in advance. I only needed them to unload my uhaul and chose the time frame from 2-4. I told them repeatedly I had a heavy shelving unit that weighed 400lbs and it will take 4 strong people to lift. They claimed this was not a problem and they would take care of it for me. I talked with them several times about this even two days prior to the move to confirm they understood.
