What a terrible experience. The move was scheduled at 8:30 am. They showed up at 2:45 pm. After I called repeatedly to find out if they were still coming, no one could answer. They said to call back every 15 min and they might be able to find out. If you need a reliable professional.... look elsewhere. The management team refused to help and were rude while on the phone.

Let me start by saying that the movers themselves, while slow, were very friendly. Beyond that, DO NOT even consider using All My Sons for your next move. We moved 6 miles down the road from a two bedroom apartment with only enough furniture to fill 1/3 of the truck and it cost us $1,500. For the same move, Two Men and a Truck quoted us $606 (all inclusive) but were unavailable on the day of my move. STAY AWAY from this company, they quoted my sick mother-in-law $400-$500 for a small one bedroom apartment for 3 guys. One quit on the spot, they went to the wrong address, sat at the incorrect address for hours, finally decided to call us and when they got there with her stuff they asked her for $2500...$2500.
Apparently 1 star is the lowest you can give. I wish it was lower. In the end of May I contacted All My Sons to get a quote and check availability for July 1st for an "in town move" which was really 2 miles down the road. I was assured no problem, a week or so later, I booked the move and paid the deposit. This company is the worst. I have never encountered a worse company and terrible customer service as these guys. Jermaine has no skills whatsoever in customer service. A no notice cancellation today to move our furniture. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Then he wants to schedule for a day we have to be gone out of the house. WARNING!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst move ever. I'm have waited 5 days for a manager to call me back and yet no one is available when I call and they dont call back
AWFUL! THUGS, dishonest, pawn dealers, careless, a nightmare of a moving experience
