This company is the worst. I have never encountered a worse company and terrible customer service as these guys. Jermaine has no skills whatsoever in customer service. A no notice cancellation today to move our furniture. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Then he wants to schedule for a day we have to be gone out of the house. WARNING!!!! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Worst move ever. I'm have waited 5 days for a manager to call me back and yet no one is available when I call and they dont call back
AWFUL! THUGS, dishonest, pawn dealers, careless, a nightmare of a moving experience
Will never use them again. Quoted me $350 give or take for a small move. Not even a truck load and ten miles away. Once they got to my new place they asked for payment of nearly almost $700 after I already put down $100 deposit and expected to only have to pay around 300 with a tip for the movers. I called and talked to the operations manager and he said I would be refunded for not using all the time they billed me for. They charged the quoted rate. The moving crew was great, very friendly. But I am now missing 4 pieces of artwork - not happy
If I could give zero stars I would! I had THREE pieces of furniture to move plus a large, expensive, flat screen TV. THATS IT. Not only is all my furniture scratched and broken, my TV “didn’t make it off the truck” and we ended up paying almost $800. AND not only did I buy them all food and tip them all in cash, at the end of the move, they told my boyfriend I hadn’t tipped them and that he needed to. My jewelry was stolen and my bed frame is missing 4 legs so i cant sleep on it! Worst ever!!!! And i was quoted a price around 4hrs of service no extra charges. They charged my double of wut i was supposed to pay!
