I do not recommend this company to move your furniture. They damaged my furniture and my house. They won’t return my calls to process a claim. They promised that they come under on their quotes and they ultimately charged me 2x the quote. Beware! John Michael will tell you everything you want to hear about how you want your property to be handled and then when there are problems, they completely ignore you and won’t process your claim. This is the worst moving company ever, will give you a quote, sign the contract on the set price and then on moving day, will hold your possessions hostage on their truck until you agree to pay more. This company is into extortion and theft. DO NOT use them. If they have done this once they will do it again...contact the police like we did.
WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER. THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU BLIND AND THEN PHYSICALLY ROB YOU. Aside from the overcharge, horrible shady crew, damaged walls, and so much more... the crew STOLE over $2000 in cash. Then when questioned by the police pleaded ignorance and “didn’t know” who the crew member was that didn’t show up for work the next moving day. Their pricing first of all. We were quoted 600 dollars but was charged 1400 when it was said and done. When we asked about it we were told that quotes are for two hours of work. I find it impossible to load up two storage units in two hours so they should of allowed for more time than that. I was on the phone with a man for 15 minutes before to unload and they asked all types of questions like what was in the units and the size of the units, so they knew what they were getting into. l used all my sons to move the price was ridiculously high and l just moved into my new place l notice my son's ps4 is missing and I'm not too happy about it come to find out one the employees stole my son's game system
Words cannot begin to describe what horrible customer service this company has. There were a few small things I chose to overlook from the beginning of the process (looking at the other awful reviews, was quoted different minimum time than once it was confirmed, as well as not being told about travel fuel percentage charges). My brand new table was dented, my work desk broken, my night stand knob broken, my end table had a piece broken and now my son's bed frame seems to have something wrong it. Crew was nice but lot of little stuff, some of which I didn't see until later.
