After being in my new home four months I had a leak. Not to mention brand new flooring for less than a month. ******** ***** and ****** were super nice and explained everything I had questions about. I would like to acknowledge Chris ******** with All Restoration Solutions. Mr. ******** has been to our residence and done a fantastic job. We had a flooded basement and also a small amount of mold. Mr. ********, explained the process they were going to be performing, as well as educated us on the different types of mold and what to do to get rid of them and prevent future occurrences. Randy and his mitigation team were fantastic. Max, Jose and other members of the team exceeded all my expectations in timeliness, skills, responsiveness, work ethic and communication. My basement office was a mess with 2 inches of water everywhere. They removed all the soggy carpet, hard wood floors and wet dry wall. They placed 26 drying fans and dehumidifiers and I now have a dry basement. All Restoration is outstanding!
