Booked a table outside and were shown to a table inside - had to then ask and wait for a table outside. Waited over an hour for our main course. Others arriving after were served well ahead of us, so it looked like they had forgotten our order. They gave us a table on the sidewalk, which made dinner quite unpleasant. The service was average to bad, it seemed like the waiters were in a hurry, they never put bread on the table as a courtesy to accompany the food.
The food was good though not anything insanely good. The host was friendly and informed us the happy hour was from 3:00pm-6:00pm since we arrived at 5:45pm. When the waiter came to our table, I asked for the happy hour menu and after consulting his watch he came back with the requested menus. Since that moment, the experience went downhill. I had heard good things so my wife and I checked it out. We were disappointed from the moment we walked in and our experience got progressively worse. Listen, I’m not one to give a bad review but I’d like to save your money and suggest finding a different restaurant. Ok, the short and not so sweet. 1. The service was sub par. The food was not impressive. charged $8 for water
waited almost 30 min for a table, and then once we were sat we had to wait about 20 minutes for anyone to come by and grab us service
I was a bit disappointed after being so excited to finally try this well known restaurant. I was greeted friendly and seated on time. After this, it went downhill. We didn’t get menus for 16mins. We had to ask for the bread which didn’t arrive until our food came. We had to ask for oil and balsamic several times, the server just kept forgetting. The service was horrible. Brought out good out separate times we asked for everything together. We were annoyed at the fact everyone ate alone.
