Food wasn’t the best for the price. Staff was nice but other restaurants in little Italy are better
Horrible, we came here specifically for the pinwheel pasta which looked delicious. Upon entering the waitress was not helpful, just passive aggressive. We ordered the pinwheel and it was horrible couldn’t even watch them make it in front of us.
Waiter was good at first and then he got annoying and pushy. The food was so salty and very sub par for the price you paid for the meal. I will not go back
When we first arrived for our reservation, it was not very busy, but the restaurant picked up quickly… Tables were very very close together at one point the server delivering meals to the table next to us knocked my silverware and napkin off of the table onto the floor. Our server was sweet, but when the food arrived, no one offered any cheese, although we saw them offering cheese to a neighboring table. Just didn’t feel a lot of attention to details. 
Our server, Paloma, was delightful. My husband always orders Linguine and Clams. As usual, it was excellent. I ordered the chef’s special in the cheese wheel and that is where our meal fell apart. It was cold. I guess it sat too long before they brought it out. Paloma tried to make things right and gave us a beautiful limoncello dessert. But, my meal was VERY disappointing.
Visited San Diego and was told Little Italy was the area to go for good Italian cuisine. I must say the food was a disappointment. I ordered the special - fettuccine pasta with lobster, shrimp and scallops. The dish lacked flavor. I tried adding salt and pepper to elevate the flavor but still very bland. Highly disappointed especially considering the price.
Food was lacking flavor & was very bland . It was overpriced for not great quality nor flavor. Service was not that great either, our host/server was more attentive to the bigger groups right next to us and didn’t really acknowledge my boyfriend and I. I Don’t see us coming back here.
Valentines Day had a taste for pasta and I don’t always eat pasta. So it was to be a treat for me. Wish we had left when our other reservation for Ironside became available. Was told there were only 2 orders of Papardelle pasta remaining. It was 2:30pm and when my order smelled out I was sooooo hungry I ate it. Pasta was stuck together in big hunks. Soooooo disappointed. No flavor. Lots of liquid. It was the sausage pasta dish and I asked for it with Paparelle my favorite noodle. I won’t ever come back here. Hurt my feelings... read more
The food was very good, but the customer service was really poor. I was celebrating my birthday and noticed that other guests who were also celebrating received dessert. I seemed to be the only one who was overlooked. I even asked for the dessert menu, but the server forgot to bring it.
