Had a reservation and was left waiting 15 minutes to be seated. Waiting staff were not attentive at all and when they were around we felt like we were being rushed out. We were still eating our starters and our mains were just put on the table in front of us. 2 of the 3 mains were cold, 2 cocktails came out incorrect.
Server was not attentive to us at all. We felt like we were trying to be rushed out. We also ordered drinks and then he came and asked us twice to order food, so we just ordered it. We ended up not getting our drinks until after we finished eating our dinner, and there was no apology or anything. And we requested bread twice and they finally brought it out once we finished our meals… never going back. And my food was cold.
I made a reservation for my birthday and overall it was a horrible experience. The server was not attentive at all and was rude. Was only nice when it came time to pay the bill and left as soon he got his tip.
Poor organization. Had reservations. Wasn’t seated until 30 mins. Once we were seated food took 40 mins to come out. Kept asking waiter where our food was and they seem agitated like it was our fault. Wouldn’t return
This was our second time going and we had such an amazing experience the first time. This time the services was a bit slow, and the kids spaghetti noodles were hard. Definitely a great vibe but we not the same experience we had before.
Went here for my cousins birthday. We were planning on doing dinner but just ended up staying for happy hour after the awful charcuterie board we had. It was such a random assortment and our waiter didn’t bother to tell us what was on it. I asked them for gluten-free bread or crackers, and he said he would check but then never came back. Overall very disappointing.
Booked a table outside and were shown to a table inside - had to then ask and wait for a table outside. Waited over an hour for our main course. Others arriving after were served well ahead of us, so it looked like they had forgotten our order. They gave us a table on the sidewalk, which made dinner quite unpleasant. The service was average to bad, it seemed like the waiters were in a hurry, they never put bread on the table as a courtesy to accompany the food.
The food was good though not anything insanely good. The host was friendly and informed us the happy hour was from 3:00pm-6:00pm since we arrived at 5:45pm. When the waiter came to our table, I asked for the happy hour menu and after consulting his watch he came back with the requested menus. Since that moment, the experience went downhill.
