The food was fine, but they somehow started running out of everything including their cheese wheel pasta and garlic knots. The server kept forgetting about us and didn’t bring us bread until after our food had already arrived. It was overall a bit disappointing.

The ambiance was amazing, but the service did not meet my expectations. I paid over $500 for four people, and the Brussels sprouts were overcooked and lacked flavor. I ordered an Old Fashioned, but what I received was essentially just a shot of bourbon with an ice cube. This was very disappointing, especially since I had heard so much about the restaurant. It’s clear that the hype didn’t match the reality. 🌟one star
The Parmesan wheel was such a fun experience and the specialty noodle with a great choice. The Rucoletta salad was fine, nothing to rave about. The service was extremely lacking. When I asked our waitress about the complimentary bread, she gave me a lecture on how it’s upon request and it was my first time there, so I wasn’t sure and asked. I typically refrain from writing reviews and prefer to avoid negativity, but my experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. The food was excessively greasy and oily, making it nearly inedible. Additionally, the dining space was cramped, with small tables placed uncomfortably close together, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. I wanted to share feedback about our recent visit. We made a reservation for 4:00 PM and drove over two and a half hours specifically for the cheese wheel experience, as advertised. However, upon arrival, we were informed that it would not be available that day due to overbooking. Given that we were the first guests to arrive, it was disappointing to see others who had booked for the same experience also turned away, with many ultimately deciding to leave. I had a reservation for the outside patio with the lemon setting, but upon arrival, I was informed that there was no available seating despite being 10 to 15 minutes early. Initially, when I attempted to check in, I was mistakenly told that I had already done so, leading me to believe our reservation was given to someone else. You were only able to order from a limited menu of Valentine’s Day so you couldn’t order from the regular menu. The restaurant really wanted to maximize their income therefore they squeezed random tables all over the restaurant and you could practically hear everyone’s conversation. Lastly, my plate came out 30 minutes before my partners and when they looked into it they then decided to tell us what he ordered ran out so he needed to choose something he didn’t even want due to a limited/select menu. The server was attentive and the place is cute however the food was not we would consider real italian, more like Olive Garden without the breadstick and salad. We ordered choppino and lobster ravioli. The seafood in the the choppino was pre fried and added to some tomato broth. The ravioli (four) contained very little lobster and also didn’t care for it.
