The service was not great and the food was just okay for the price. We asked for bread and were told we could buy it, then saw other tables getting it. Will not go back.

First, we were unable to have dinner here on Saturday night. After being seated, we waited for more than 40 minutes without any attention from the server. The server chose to take orders from two parties who arrived after us, which felt frustrating. While waiting, we even purchased the photo the restaurant took of us, trying to make the best of the situation. Wait staff was forgetful and inattentive. If we hadn’t asked for menus we would have never received any. Then we waited an hour and a half for our mains to come out only after we asked to speak to a manager, not to mention it also took 45 minutes for a glass of wine and us asking our waiter where our glass of wine was. Once the food came out the pasta was bland and unseasoned. Where do I even start with this place, made a reservation was sat in a tiny crowded area where you couldn’t even pull out your chairs and not hit the person behind you, we asked to move tables and they put us on the side of there servers dish rack where they were reaching over our heads to grab utensils and plates, we moved again to a third table and was told we couldn’t sit there, so 4th time moving tables by then we were already frustrated and should have left, decided to stay and the servers were passive aggressive slammi... read more

I was really excited to try this place—the interior is just as cute as the photos and the ambiance is great. Sadly, that’s where the positives ended. We had an 8 PM reservation but were told to come back in 20 minutes, then waited another 10. The host tried to seat my family of five at a table for four, and when I asked to wait for a proper table, he told me to look around and see if anyone was done—seriously? Everything was outstanding EXCEPT, i will always demerit all restaurants that use the TOTALLY OFFENSIVE technique of bringing you the tab on the hand-held device where the server stands above you and the device suggests a tip of 20%, 22%, 25%, 30%. This is the single worst development in the food service industry in, perhaps ever.
