Hostess was rude, even though I had booked the certain - she seated is different place. Treating as if she is serving for free of cost. Food was okish - expensive for the quantity
Very mediocre food. Our server was terrible, just left us alone the whole time, didn’t refill drinks. Our original server left shortly after we got there and the replacement was basically MIA. Also the restaurant is extremely loud, hard to even have a regular conversation.
The chicken tasted like fish , likely because using fryer or pans were fished was cooked Not good
Honestly, would love to have given this place a 5stars as food is delish, especially the cheese wheel pasta and the restaurant really is pretty. However, here is where I have to take 2 stars off, upon arrival, with a reservation mind you; I checked in with the hostess and wanted to seat my party of 5 inside, I let her know that on my OpenTable reservation I had requested the "lemon room" and also requested for seating outside. There was a family letting their kids ride their scooter up and down the restaurant and no one did anything about it. Very disruptive. The kids were obnoxious. So was the mom.
We’ve been coming to this restaurant many times before and were always impressed with the food quality and service. This time on the 16th of November 2024, we were so disappointed. We shared a salad which has tomatoes, lemon vinaigrette and a big blob of cheese. The salad was mediocre to say the least. Absolutely atrocious: our group of friends came here for a birthday, and our experience at Allegro has to be one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. This started right from the beginning with our reservation. The hostess indicated our table was ready, then when we were in the restaurant she stopped and said it wasn’t, ushering us back outside. Pésimo servicio, tardaban mucho en atenernos ya que estábamos afuera en la lluvia. A pesar de tener reservación nos dieron una mesa afuera, tardaban en atenernos, no valió la pena el costo de la comida por la experiencia en el restaurante.
Kept calling to cancel my reservation and they would not pick up the phone
