Bad octopus and staff/managers who refused to take the uneatable dish off the LARGE bill
It was my husband’s Birthday and we specially went there for the table side pasta and appetizers. Unfortunately they did not have either that evening. So we ended up just having an appetizer & two glasses of wine..& decided to go to another restaurant. However, our server was amazing & very accommodating. He provided excellent service. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed because we could not experience the table side service for my husband’s birthday.
Overpriced mediocre quality with kind but inexperienced staff
Targeting tourists with overpriced poor quality food. At least the server was nice
We made the reservation for a special occasion, my husband’s birthday. The reservation was supposed to be in their special Lemon dining area. Not only did they not seat us there, but they never asked or acknowledged my note about his birthday. Food was ok, oysters could have been shucked better, had to take out bits and pieces of shells for most of mine, calamari spicy mayo had no spice at all, seasoning on the oxtail red sauce pasta was overwhelming with rosemary and the pappardelle didn’t seem fresh (likely dry/boxed pasta... read more
Pésima experiencia la mesera de principio a fin nos presionó por que la cocina ya iba a cerrar, si aceptan reservación a las 9:15 uno no espera ese mal trato. Al final trajo la cuenta le pedimos 5 min nos dijo que no que ya debíamos pagarle le pedimos en broma dos minutos y se negó. Me molesté y solo así abandonó la mesa para dejarnos cerrar la cuenta. Service was a little slow as there was only one waiter for a whole section where the lemon ceiling is.
Ordered chef special that was tossed in the cheese wheel. Unfortunately, there was no flavor. It just tasted like regular cream sauce, something you’d get from a grocery store in a jar :(
Terrible food, have been twice to give it another chance it the food was subpar at best. I’ve recommended this place to so many people and they all say the same thing, terrible food and horrible drinks. Will not be returning. By far the worst restaurant in little Italy I don’t even know how they’re still opened :/
