Hosts are very rude , if you do have baby like me don’t try it, those ladies at front door look at you like you are from another planet. No changing table at the bathroom either!!! restaurant has a good wife and it’s food but no customer service at all .
Our server was horrible. Drinking wine while on the job. Didn't even let me order properly. Her shift was over and left without saying anything. We just sat there unattended and confused. Garlic knots and the complimentary bread was hard as a rock. There ice machine isn't properly cleaned because there was black stuff floating in our lemonade. We just took our main course to go. Rather eat at home then deal with this mediocre service! We paid so much money for something so disgusting!
The waiter brought us the wrong order after 45 minutes wait , we didn’t have enough time to wait for a new order to be prepared. They charge full price The waiter forgot 3 times things that we asked for. Food was tasty but service was horrible except for Fabrizio the general manager who stop by the table to apologize for the mistakes The heater was not working either Not the experience that we expected from this place
We rarely go out. But had a close friend in town so we decided to go to Allegro. I dont really order a plate north of $50. But I did. I had some good news as of late so I thought why not. Chilean Sea Bass it was. Epic fail. I could taste the oil it was cooked in, had zero, and I mean not a grain of salt, seasoning on it. Took around 10 minutes for our waitress to get to our table, it’s was a Monday so not too many customers. Took another 10 min to get our first drinks. Waitress after that was great, apps were the worst I have had, calamari was chewy, the beef tartar had no flavor. Dishes were okay, not worth the $450 tab.
I never write a review but tonight it was about celebrating my husband’s day. Father’s Day and is it a Sunday night and we made reservations at 6:15 so, the waiter knew it was going to be busy, he was not attentive nor did he asked if we wanted dessert or asked if we needed anything else. For the prices and the surcharge not happy with the service.
They gave us the wrong wine that we ordered then the food took so long that we had to cancel our Elk Chop. Tables were getting cleared before we got our food
Mother’s Day madness. Terrible service and sub par food.
Service was bad. Never got checked on after our food was served. My husband never got his ice tea. Food was over rated for the price we paid. Smelled like that cheap floor cleaner Fabuloso .
