The service was very poor. We never received our drinks, but we’re still charged. We had to keep asking for water. Cups were constantly empty. It was my birthday and we stated that in the reservation and it wasn’t acknowledged once, but they charged the gratuity for our larger party even though they ignored our needs most of the night. And some not all, experienced poor quality food. The sea bass was dry, and the ravioli dish was only 5 raviolis also The risotto lacked seasoning.

This experience was totally not what I expected. We were a party of 8 , arrived to find our table location basically on the street behind a barricade in a misty rain. Asked for inside was not accommodated, menu was expensive and limited not kid friendly. Although the food was passable, the service was terrible. Had to ask for plates, serving utensils for appetizers , water, salt & pepper, server and staff was not attentive. Would not recommend this place at all.

I’d choose another restaurant in little Italy. Service was slow and ambiance was a bit of a let down.

Eh. We came on Valentine’s Day for a galentines dinner and had booked the reservation for the regular menu but when we got there was told they’d only be serving the pre-fixe menu that night. Was only 5 minutes late to our reservation and still had to stand outside in a long line of people who also had reservations. We were seated in a booth WITH another couple so it was pretty awkward the entire dinner. Food quality/taste was not worth the $200+ we spent on it. Valentines dinner was a disappointment. Nowhere on their site did they indicate the regular menu would not be available including their pasta in a cheese wheel. Came from out of state looking for an amazing valentines experience but this wasn't it. We watched as many other couples walked out for the same reason and this special menu wasn't worth the couple hundred dollars it cost. The food was dry and terrible. We had 8:15 reservations and had to stand in a line outside until 8:45 since the restaurant was overbooked. The food was really mediocre and I didn’t even finish my entree since the sea bass was dry and poorly seasoned. Overall a bad experience, wouldn’t have tipped if I had the option, but unfortunately 20% gratuity and 4% up charge is automatically added to each check. Worst and most expensive meal ever.

Went on valentines day which I understand is one of the busiest nights for restaurants. Had a reservation, checked in and made to wait in line. Was sat in a cold section in the wind with brush from a tree overhead flying into customers food including my own. The calamari was probably one of the worst I've ever had. Main dish was okay and the desert was nothing to be excited about. For the price I paid, I will not be coming back with the quality of food and service that was provided.

The table was not available at the reserved time. There was line of people, who also had reservations, around the corner. The wait time was in excess of 30 minutes past the reservation to be seated. Extremely disappointed. Won’t go back.
