Food was not great. The service lacked in all departments. Our waiter seemed annoyed at every interaction he had with us. Very disappointed.
The service was slow, the bread was not fresh, the Caesar salad was significantly over-dressed, and the gnocchi was not truly gnocchi. We felt like it was a bit of a rip-off considering the prices.
Service was very poor. Took forever to get water and menus. Food was not very flavorful in spite of ordering several different dishes. We never were offered fresh parm cheese for our pasta. The kicker was when we got our bill they charged us $2 extra for ordering tequila on the rocks instead of neat. When we asked waitress she said that’s what she’s told to do and she doesn’t make up the charges. We booked thru ipen table but when we arrived they told us they were already closed. They should update their service times
Food was terrible. My husband and brother and law both became ill afterwards.
We had an 8PM reservation and we waited 25 minutes for someone to take our order for a cocktail. I ordered gin on the rocks. I received gin up. Instead of returning it and waiting again I asked for a glass of ice. I was shocked when we got the bill and I was charged $15 for the gin in the wrong glass and $2.00 for he "rocks". Waited 20 minutes passed my reservation check-in. Final course took over 1 hour to bring out. This is also the same with the two other tables around us. The poor server Jennifer was great, but overwhelmed. Bottom of the list for Little Italy. I can go-on, but not worth it.
Our server Patrick was inattentive and unhelpful. The food was bland and gluey. It was a nice night and the environment was lively. Too bad the server and the food were both so lacking.
Service was C -. Accommodations were D+. Food was a step above Olive Garden. Came for my birthday and the experience was below average
