Would not support this business. Went for Valentine’s Day, and they had a set amount of money you were expected to spend - hundreds of dollars. They care more about the money in their pocket than the service and food they provide. Sat us on the street away from all heaters. Also their bread was dry and gross.
I made reservations for the capri not and you guys didn’t offer that and DIDNT CLARIFY that either with reservations than we got stuck with a crappy Valentine’s Day 3 course meal that wasn’t even worth 250$ we spent and we couldn’t have just skipped out of our reservations we were stuck never come back here again
when i tell you this was a mistake to come here. i mean it, we chose this restaurant because it wasn’t doing a pre-fix menu for V-Day, 2 WEEKS in advance, and they decided to change it last min without sending any email. the options were not good, and the food overall was below average. completely disappointed with my experience here.
We dined for Valentine’s Day. I made my reservation in advance for inside and even left a note in special instructions. We arrived 15 min early and they walked us to an outside table. We asked for inside once more and they said we can wait at the bar. The bartender was then cussing at a customer because the customer was not happy with the service, very uncomfortable. We then sat at our table after a short wait and the server was very kind but due to the already added 20% gratuity we didn’t feel they were Catering to us as mu... read more
They didn't mention that valentine's day was pre fix only when reserving, but had a $50 cancellation fee per person. Due to dietary restrictions, I got 2/3rds of a rather expensive meal. They were kind enough to make something I could eat. They also charged 8.50 for a bottle of water, in a double bind of asking if we wanted sparkling or still (not all their fault I fell for it). They automatically included 20% gratuity. Nearly 100 bucks per person, and wasn't worth it.
Terrible experience. We had a “reservation”. When we showed up they made us wait in line for 45 minutes with everyone else who had a reservation. On top of this the service was slow and they were way overbooked. Hectic environment and bad sevice. Management is incompetent. On top of that, they charged gratuity automatically.
Terrible management of reservations, no heads up that there was going to be a line formed for people that booked for dining at that time.
Service was not the best, also not the worst, but I understand the issues the restaurant industry is facing because of the shortage of people at this moment, that is why I actually left a 20% tip, but what I don’t justify is the quality of the food, I got really sick the next two days from the Sea bass fish that I eat at the restaurant, therefore my whole Super Bowl day was ruined because of that.
Went here for Valentine’s Day and there was a prefixed menu that was not worth
