Was told when purchasing the extended warranty I would receive like for like same model brand and features from sales rep this was untrue was offered a different make and a smaller screen. Was told by agent a comparable Tv would be offered but when I’m buying LG , Sony or Samsung and paying close to $200 more than how is a Visio comparable

I had a problem with “plugged in but not charging”. Victor walked me through step by step on how to correct my problem, and it took less than 20 minutes.

Although initially it took a little work to use the warranty (because my kindle stopped charging 6 months in and amazon was supposed to cover it but would not), Square Trade stuck to their policy of making sure their customer was taken care of. Once I shipped the item, the check was at my house 5 days later. I appreciate the timely manner of their service!

Bought a 4 year protection plan and they said they wouldn't warranty because product was DOA. the service rep that was helping me was very nice and listened well. Just unimpressed about buying a warranty and not being able to use it. Now warranty is null and void and I am out the cost of the warranty.
