"My copier's nozzles got clogged. They could be cleared via the "cleaning process". I called SquareTrade. They gave me options to try to bring the machine somewhere to be fixed or to send the machine to them and get the warranty value. There were no repair facilities close to me so I opted to send the machine to them. They received the copier and processed the claim. This was done quickly and without any drawn out process. "I contacted Square Trade regarding my issue. The rep was so professional and determined to resolve my problem. I had a speedy resolution to my problem and emails and phone calls to confirm all was well. Square trade is truely all about customer sevice and satisfaction. I will always make sure to get square trade for all warranty needs. This company Rocks!!!!"

"I've been getting SquareTrade warranties on cameras, lenses, TVs and iPads; wondering if I would ever have to use it and would it really be as easy as they say. It was. My iPad 3G service stopped working and I dreaded the thought of buying a new one. Then i remembered the policy. I filed a claim online, printed a label, and sent the iPad away. "I broke the screen on my phone and contacted SquareTrade that day. I received approval by email in a very short time with a shipping label to printout. Phone was on its way the next morning. I received a contact email two days later saying the product had arrived and was being repaired. Two days later they sent me an email notifying me that the repair was complete and my phone was on its way back to me. Two days later I had it in my hands. Quality repair job, great communication and fast shipment. Can't beat it. "
