I have have several Fitbit watches and bought the extended warrenty insurance. Squard Table has always replaced any broken parts or the whaole watch for me no questions asked. THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE

Was fully satisfied with the help that I received from customer service. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, our warranty was still valid through the manufacturer of our TV purchase. It has gone downhill since with poor customer service from the other company. I'm just grateful that for the help that we received from Square Trade. Very helpful!
