"My Galaxy 6 wouldn't hold a charge, so I thought I would have to purchase a new battery, but the plan covered a worn out battery and they sent me a new phone. It was overnighted with Saturday delivery. That phone had a speaker problem so they sent me another new phone, again overnight. The problem was resolved as quickly as it could have been. Both times, customer service was very helpful and very pleasant. "

They were delayed a little bit due to Hurricane Matthew but once i was able to get through, it was very simple. Parts were ordered and delivered in a timely manner and my TV was fixed 2 earlier than expected. Overall just a great company and worth every penny I paid for the extended warranty. "
"Recently my iPhone 6 which was only 2 years old and under warranty just died. Nothing would reboot it. Square Trade recommended a local repair shop which was not able to revive it either. After calling Square Trade back, providing the details of the issue, I was able to get my replacement iPhone 6 the next day AND they exchanged my 16gb phone for a 64gb replacement! That's service! Thanks Square Trade for a great experience!"

"I couldn't believe how quickly and smoothly my problem with my phone was resolved! I sent it FED EX on Friday and had the phone back in my hands at 9am on Tuesday! When I turned it on, there was the picture of my grandkids and of course I couldn't help but breathe a sigh of release. I have already told many people how well Square Trade handled the situation from the call center, repairing the phone and to delivering it back in the time frame promised.
