"I had have square trade for almost a year, first of all nothing can beat their price to insure your electronics, my galaxy s3 the screen broke and stop working at least twice already in the 3.5 years I have own my phone since say one that came out and both times Square trade was super fast,reliable and easy to fix my problem, WITHIN 1.5DAYS! My phone was send to their repair team and back to me like new, there is a $75 deductible but if i go to the shop will cost me more and they probably don't carry parts for my old s3 sin... read more
"I have to say my son dropped his cell phone a galaxy s5 and it is les than a year old it smashed the screen and I am so so happy I purchased square trade I contacted them about the problem I sent it out on a Friday for repair it was at shop for repair by Tuesday and it was at our house by Thursday such an awesome experience and phone looks like bran new and such a great experience thank you"
"Contacted Square Trade on June 27 with a problem on my ASUS tablet..touchscreen dead and couldn't use headphones......they assessed the problem...received email with instructions to try a few things at home...tried them but it problems still existed...sent email back to them..they responded and gave instructions for returning item to them with prepaid shipping label....I shipped the item...received confirmation of receipt....they worked their magic..returned item to me and working great ever since."
