"I have been using SquareTrade for the last five years. During that time I have had to make a couple claims. The service has always be stellar. I no longer even consider whether or not to purchase a SquareTrade warranty when I buy electronics--the answer is an automatic "yes.""

"The repair was handled very quickly. I received a prepaid label and returned the item for repair on a Wednesday. It was received by Square Trade in on the following Friday , repaired the same day and shipped. I received it on Monday. Item works great. Thanks!"

"My experience with Square Trade has been nothing short of amazing. Usually when I buy insurance I know that when time comes and I'll need to use it, the insurance company will come after me with deductibles or take a long time to return the money. "Daughter dropped her computer and took it to a place where they reseated the hard drive. The computer still worked, but the hinges were broken. Over a period of time, the computer became more and more difficult to open. At this point, I remembered the Square Trade warranty and contacted them about the issue. "We love SquareTrade! Everything that we own that can have a SquareTrade warranty has one. With two kids, you can imagine how many broken iPad or iPhone screens we've had to deal with lately, and they have fixed every issue. I even broke my iPhone screen for the first time ever and they immediately fixed it for me. I can't even explain the unbelievable value you get when you have a SquareTrade warranty on an item. They have fixed numerous phones for us, or replace them for us, which is a fabulous value. "
