"After flying many times for work and bringing my Xbox Elite with me over the course of 9 months the front panel eventually stopped working. Apparently and unbeknownst to me the tamper sticker had also been torn (throwers). It was still under the one year MS warranty so it was first denied by them owing to the torn tamper sticker. A visit to SquareTrade's website followed by a few phone calls and emails and a trip to mail it off and my console was fixed promptly and with no fuss. "
