"Couldn't have been simpler. Purchased an accidental damage warranty from when I ordered from B&H. When my daughter dropped her tablet on her skateboard and cracked the screen, I registered the warranty online. Visited the website and placed a claim. Claim was processed a couple days later. I was able to print a FedEx shipping label supplied by SquareTrade via PDF, put the tablet in the same box it came in, slapped the label on it and dropped it off at the closest FedEx store.
