The replacement process was seamless. Obtained my RMA one day; packed and shipped the next day; received gift card via email the same day. Purchased new Keuriq the next morning
The scheduling from the office was not efficient. The logistics of having a few visits within 50 miles of one another were not scheduled correctly. Mt window was 900-1200 and he arrived at 130pm. The technician MAX, was quick to verify that we knew what we should be doing and that we needed a malfunctioning part replaced. Friendly and do awesome to work with
I was only given one option on replacement of my item
I had to all 5times finally I spoke to a manager and than solved quick after 6 days.
Slow and cumbersome to deal with to start with, but in the end when a repair shop wasn't closer than several hundred miles away a refund was given to purchase another Realtree XD 24 volt UTV kids riding vehicle. Frustrating to start with when it moved as a snails pace but once I contacted the right person things went well in the end.
Had a hassle free experience with replacing eye glasses due to severe scratches. Thank You!
From the start to the end it was great
My pool had gotten damaged from wear and tear and I needed to use my Allstate warranty to replace it. When I first contacted an agent through the online portal the agent told me I was going to have to take the pool somewhere to be fixed and that I was going to have to pay upfront out of my own pocket then they would reimburse me. I told them not only did I not want to drag a giant pool to a repair place but that I also did not have the money for a repair and that I do not pay for replacement plans to have to then pay my own ... read more
