My daughter came to me and said her Nintendo switch wouldn’t turn on even being on charge so I remembered I had a protection plan for it and filed a claim and sent it off to get repaired and it came back today and work just like it was supposed and all to this protection plan I saved her switch and the people at the all state protection place were awesome people I sent it in they got it in 2 days and started working on it and got it fixed and I thank them all so very much for fixing my daughters switch if anyone ever gets an... read more

Help took longer than I expected and had hoped for a technician to visit the house but guess that was not possible. Didn't realize I had to get the account under our name (purchased as a gift by my daughter in law) so that is probably why it took longer to get a resolution. But thanks....looking forward to receiving the replacement TV

Protection plan seems like a hassle to have to send things back. I didn't like that I had to call back again in order to receive my full purchase price refund to use towards my new purchase.
