Unfortunately, the problem we had with our refrigerator was minor, but because the delivery people from Home Depot refused to take the doors off of the fridge to put it in place in my home they gave me my money back and I still have my old fridge. The ice machine doesn’t work well, but I got a free refrigerator, which I think is too bad for them but great for me.
Product was 1 year +2months from purchase, extended plan was 4 years, cost for 2 m
The thumb control on controller shattered when he went to play . It was drifting an fixed but fell apart when he got it back. And 2 battery covers are missing. I will be sending it back again.
The claim was approved quickly. I didn't have any problems whatsoever. Will opt again when I buy electronics, etc.
