I had to send my Fitbit in for servicing under the service contract. I sent it in on a Monday. They received it on Tuesday. It was repaired and reshipped to me. The following day. Seems to be working great. Very pleased!

I loved everything about the protection plan (fast service, I didn't have to keep bugging them, they reached out to me, communication was amazing) except for one thing. After I called to report my treadmill breaking, everything was on me. I had to find a repair person. I had to schedule it. I had to get rid of the broken treadmill. I had to set up the new treadmill. I filed my claim and it was easy to do. Allstate gave me an option and I explained , why I didn’t like that and they offered another . They were.very speedy

I had some scratches on my lenses and took them where I had purchased my glasses and they looked at them and confirmed that they were scratched. So I filled out a claim and in less than a week they had reimbursement me. I am very pleased with the quick response.

First time using Allstate protection plan. This service was through my home warranty insurance. I had a tablet that malfunctioned and I was unable to use. At first I was not sure what to expect but after I was pleasantly surprised! From beginning to end of my claim, there was great communication, great service and my tablet was repaired to original state. Highly recommend. Thank you!!
