"WOW I simply cannot say enough about how amazing this purchase was for me. I had a Canon XA-10 camcorder which needed some basic service after about one year of use. It was quickly addressed and fixed via my extended protection. Just recently I had 2 additional problems and once they had my camcorder and realized they couldn't fix the problems, they contacted me and let me know they would be just REPLACE it with a brand new one. I'm very pleased with the value and service."

"I can't even begin to explain how amazing square trade is! My iPhone broke I had so many things wrong with it and missed the 14 day return. So I decided to stick it out. Just recently I took it back to the Apple Store still under warranty and insurance. The first time I went the lady who helped me was awful. She was rude and did not even solve one of my problems.
