"I have many warranties through SquareTrade and have actually had to use them about 4 times now. I have NEVER had a problem with any claim and it really is no questions asked and is as easy as could be. For my latest claim (it was a phone, the screen cracked) I went online and filed a claim. It was approved in less than a day and they sent me a shipping label. I sent it in, they got it 2 days later, fixed it that same day and sent it back that evening.
