"A feature on my device quit working I called for service under the extended warranty I did some quick trouble shooting with the rep and he determined that the device was not repairable he filled out some paperwork and I had a check for the full purchase price within a week and I got to keep the device it still works just the headphone jack went out so I got the tv for free I will always purchase the extended warranty protection if it is offered by squaretrade"
