"My smart tv was deemed un-repairable. The first tv I was offered was a bottom of the line tv I could buy for $670 new. My warrantied tv cost $1950. I had to call them and request a better tv. The next one was closer and I accepted the used tv. The picture isn't as nice, but it's ok. I also had my original warranty document that said I would get 100% of my money back if un-repairable. "We contacted SquareTrade online when we had a problem with our Smart TV,they called us within 5 minutes. The tech worked with us to see if we could solve the problem and when we could not she arranged for a tech to come to the house within 2 days. The tech knew right away what the problem was and it was determined the TV could not be fixed. SquareTrade arranged for a new TV to be delivered that was similar to the one we had within 2 days. We could not have asked for better service!"
"Visio TV power supply went out after 3 years of service. Got online with Square trade and they assessed the problem and scheduled a repair, which got the TV back working. followed up to make sure everything was working. Great service and best warranty experience I have ever had!"
