"I had purchased a warranty through SquareTrade for a printer. About a year after purchase, it had problems and I called SquareTrade. I bought this from BH Photo and I got the service plan from Square Trade for a great price for 2 years. 1 and 1/2 years later went to turn on the DTV Converter Box IVIEW3500STB and nothing tried different outlets and still nothing.
