"I just had to use my warranty I purchased through Square Trade. It was so simple. I handled everything online, received prompt responses when I had questions, and had everything taken care of quickly. They even paid to ship my item to have it fixed. Can't say enough about how pleased I am!!"
"This is one of the best investments you will ever make. My son is away at college and is like a bull in a china shop. We used our warranty several times. The last time we sent it for repair they could not fix it. We received every penny back that I had spent on the computer plus an additional 3.5% to use Amazon. I didn't expect much but I filled out the claim form which was extremely easy. Within hours I received an email with a shipping label. I boxed it up and dropped it off to be shipped.
