"Great transaction and very easy to do. Had policy on head phones 100 dollar Sony. They broke a year later got on line filled out claim at square trade a day later they emailed the info for sending them to them with paid postage. I dropped them at FedEx and with in a hour or so I got my payment in my PayPal as I requested. They didn't even wait to get item for payment. "I have been impressed with the kind of service i received through square trade. Bought a secondary phone off of ebay (a new one), and a year in (i had a 2 year plan) i started having problems with the phone. the power/wake up button was loosing its circuit, phone processor acting slow, apps collapsing while being used. So i wrote into Square trade to claim warranty and the process was literally a breeze. They quickly processed the claim and sent me a return label through fedex. "I've never had good luck using a warranty because it's usually such a hassle, but I had no problems at all with Squaretrade. The process was easy and they fixed my daughter's cracked ipod screen quickly and without issue. I wish all extended warranty services would use the Squaretrade model because it was such a relief to get the work done without jumping through hoops. "
