"My son knocked our camera over and the lens got smashed in. I sent it off to square trade, and exactly six days after I put the package in the Fed Ex box it was back on my doorstep, good as new! From filing the claim to receiving my camera lens back in usable condition once again, the whole process could not have been any easier."

"I never use warranties, and I don't know why. Maybe it's the thought of having a long drawn out process of getting my item fixed. But since I did pay for it, I figured that I'd give it a shot. The lady on the phone was awesome, she was walked me through the process of my kids Beats Pill that stopped working. She sent me the postage through a email, and I was kept informed of every step of the process of fixing the speakers. The whole thing was so smooth and made me not worry so much about using warranties."

"When we contacted Square Trade by phone, the representative was very courteous, patient and knowledgeable! We followed the instructions faithfully and my daughter's smartphone was fixed in just 2 days!!! Although I wasn't expecting to pay more ($75) since we paid $99 when we enrolled to Square Trade for this phone. I guess it included the shipping back and forth and the service rendered to fix it.
