"Customer service was so easy to work with and handled my claim very quick. I first choose to to take my phone to a Apple Store,however that didn't work out so I contacted Square Trade again about my claim and explained the situation and they took care of the problem and had my phone shipped overnight and I received it the next morning. I have this insurance on all 5 phones on my plan and would highly recommend it!!! "
