"I was glad my claim was taken care of. The only thing that caught me off guard was that when I got my phone back there was a voice mail from a phone recycle place on it. My phone was sent to a recycle center? I don't like that. My phone is practically new. It worked, just needed the digitizer repaired. That really bothered me. I knew I felt a certain way about releasing my phone completely. As for everything else. Service was fast. I was surprised it was overnighted. Pleased about it. Very pleased."

"I've probably had 15 warranties through Square Trade and at least 4 claims, they have all been handled well, great company I have no complaints except that lately their prices seem to have increased to the point where I am starting to rely upon the extended warranty protection of my credit cards."
