I have used the warranties several times and have always found the process simple and painless, No questions asked, if it can't be repaired, they refund your purchase price. It usually only takes a few days. The cost of the warranties is far less than what is offered by the retail store and always better. "Most people recommend you do not get an extended warranty but with four busy grandchildren AND the (normally) exceptional LOW PRICE for extended warranties - I find SquareTrade warranties for Electronics an absolute must. I can't think of a single time the repair service was not exceptionally fast. I sent in a DS last Friday for repair and got it back exactly one week later - looking brand new."

"Square Trade is awesome! Our 60" Smart TV developed a vertical white line in the screen. I contacted Square Trade and a technician was dispatched to our house in a few days. The TV needed to be replaced and Square Trade's staff were very responsive, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Our new TV was replaced with an equal and newer version of our old TV as we requested. I would highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty with Square Trade. "

"I repaired my daughter's phones for many times with square trade for last 3 years, and it was very satisfied all the times. One thing I love is there is option let them call me whenever they are available to talk to me, so I don't need to hold the phone and wait for them. Very kind to explain any question I asked and told me how to do the claims. I like square trade better than any other insurances."

"Bought a camera from B&H Camera and as part of the bundle, the Squaretrade extended warranty came as part of the package. I'm so glad it did. It did increase the over-all price; however, the body disengaged from the lens one day and fell resulting in the sensor being chipped in three places. Canon was going to charge me $800 to repair until I remembered I had the warranty.
