"Bought a three year warranty. Device broke at 2 years, quick repair. I thought I would have to buy another warranty. Not needed as my device was returned back to me with my original warranty still in tack! Since then I have had the screen replaced two more times! I've had numerous SquareTrade warranties and some I have not used and when needed it has gone smoothly. Highly recommended! "

"I sent my phone out Monday morning but Federal Express did not pick it up until 6:00 PM Monday. I had my repaired phone back at 9:30 AM Wednesday. Much quicker than I expected, and a perfect repair. Thanks Square Trade "

"Charles went over and above helping me out!! I will buy another Square Trade policy because this was great!! Received my check this morning!! (QVC on the other hand is off my shopping list. They caused a problem every time I called and they were not nice at all.) I was having mail problems with my computer and every person at Square Trade helped me out and were extremely nice doing it. I look forward to having more problems with my TV or computer!!! LOL! Thank you Square Trade!! "
