The claim was completed in no time at all
The tablet fell to the ground outside in the rain and it got water behind the screen. Replaced immediately without a problem.
Good customer service much appreciated
Old phone just quit working. Called the number and was told to return phone when new one arrived
I filed a claim, they sent me a return label, and I sent my tablet in. They kept me posted on the progress and informed me that the repair was made, and sent it back to me. Thank you so much for all your help. Excellent Service!!
It was easy to process. It didn’t take long
i’ve had to call several times to get an answer. The last gentleman said since my HDM ports had gone out on my TV. They would give me another TV. I realize my TV is already three years old, but I would rather stick with the brand that I have the choices they gave me were not TVs that I want I wrote and asked if I could have more choices or just a cash settlement and I will purchase my own TV, but I have not heard back.
It wasn’t working I had a time trying to get someone to help
