"When I purchased a TV online square trade was recommended, so I decided to purchase it. Well two years later the TV stopped functioning and square trade really came in handy. The claim process was so easy and quick. Within about one or two days my claim was processed and my refund was sent out. I would recommend square trade to everyone. "

"When I called I spoke with Mason about my problem with my phone. He was very professional and helpful solving my problem. My phone was not repairable so a new phone was sent out very quickly. Overall, I was pleased with the attention I was given and with the updates sent regarding receiving the phone, when it was being repaired and when it was shipped back to me. I highly recommend Square Trade."

"I've used Square Trade to cover all of my electric devices. Being covered by them is reasuring. I've had an iPhone since they first came out in 2007 and have never had an accident. Until last Tuesday afternoon. My phone fell off my desk and the only unprotected part the very bottom struck the glass and shattered my screen. I contacted ST that night, was instructed what to do. "No problems with getting repair work done to my covered device. Really easy process that can be done online or over the phone. Once approved, I brought my device to repair shop, emailed them copy of the receipt and was reimbursed the following business day. Great company!"

"So far, I have had an excellent expirience with SquareTrade. The provide fast, friendly, and effcieint service! I am usually nervouse about purchasing extended warrantys or insurance ETC.
