"I bought my ST warranty with a new Smart TV and am so glad I did! After the TV warranty ran out the "motherboard" went out and my TV started shutting itself off within 2 minutes of turning it on. We called ST, they over nighted the replacement parts needed based on our conversation and sent a repairman out. "It's always a hesitation point when you are asked if you are interested in an extended warranty. Even though you hope you that you will not need it. It was great to have my square trade warranty. The process was very simple just make sure that you register it and upload your receipts as soon as you can so that your process will be smoother if you need it. after a few questions and some troubleshooting over the phone they will either repair the item or replace it. Great and easy service."
