"My son cracked glass on his phone. Phone useable but screen looked terrible! I held off fixing partly due to $75 deductible and also to teach him lesson. Finally after 3 weeks and because glass may eventually shatter, I filed claim online. Very easy process. Lo and behold, what a nice holiday surprise that deductible was waived! "This has to be the best extended warranty company that I have ever dealt with. New years eve my TV went out exactly 2 years from date of purchase. Next morning I filed the claim online. The following Monday morning I spent less than 10 minutes on the phone with an agent. I was informed that I would be receiving a newer and bigger model as a replacement within a week. The new replacement arrived on that Thursday. 4 days total turn around time. You cant get much better than that. I cant be any happier with the service provide... read more
