"Service was fast and received my repaired phone within 4 days. Cracked glass and a bad micro usb port were repaired. Have used Square Trade in the past and will continue to use for all new electronics I buy. Cost is a far less than any other competing service provided."
"Had an issue with our HP Multi Function copier. As a non profit in the business of providing and coordinating health care and social services to uninsured and low income individuals, we can't function without the ability to send and receive medical information. We purchased an extended warranty thru Square Trade and this was our first opportunity to use it. Response was very prompt. Parts arrived within a day or 2 and the technician was out just as promptly. Would recommend highly!"
"I am a skeptic and a curmudgeon, but dealing with SquareTrade Warranty Service could not be easier. They were prompt, courteous and accurate in repairing a large screen (75 inch Samsung). The tech was very knowledgeable, and found a problem that is not usually seen with simple board replacement. He was aware of a Samsung product bulletin that suggested replacement of communication cables between the main and power boards and he obtained them and returned to do a proper repair. "First time to submit a claim, I was a bit skeptical. I called and talked with a representative and he was wonderful! Because of the small claim amount, they waived the deductible that was completely unexpected!!! I had the phone repaired with the Apple Store, emailed the receipt for reimbursement and Square Trade responded quickly. I am waiting for a check to be mailed, which is my choice. If I wanted a gift card, it would have been reimbursed sooner. Great service and I am glad I cancelled the Sprint insurance, this is mor... read more
