"My parents bought a 60" TV and 2&1/2 years later a green line showed up in the left half of the the screen. I called in the claim and it was really easy I just had to email some photos of the damage and the guy I spoke to on the phone was great and we did the claim by email witch is best for me, about a week later they deliver the replacement TV best and quickest service had. No drag at all "
