"I dropped and cracked my iPhone screen and created a claim with SquareTrade. That part was super easy and I quickly got an email saying my claim was approved. After that I called the customer service number to ask a few questions. The service rep was polite and helpful and she gave me a location close by where I could take my phone and give them my claim number and I didn't even have to pay anything out of pocket. "Excellent service . I called on 10/08/2015 to file a claim . The agent Amro was very professional and helpful and directed me on what to do and how to do it . I went to the repair shop and fixed my desktop . Emailed them the paid invoice on 10/16/2015 and got the check on 10/19/2015 . The process was easy and fast . My daughter is away in college - she dropped her iPhone and the screen shattered! Not a great thing when her phone is the main means of communication, I called SquareTrade right away and as usual, they had an immediate answer, providing me with all the details I needed to know. They even located the nearest Apple store, close to my daughters school. Once again a quick and happy ending!!"
