The whole process, to submit and claim, is fast and easy. Beginning to end, Allstate protection plan is very efficient.
I had excellent experience with my Allstate plan that I purchased when I purchased a recliner through Wayfair. It had a seam come out, & the foot portion of recliner was sometimes laboring to move. Allstate directed me to online forms to fill out; I did, & I was reimbursed the entire amount of my purchase. I'm impressed, and I'm so happy with Allstate.
The professional representative handled my claim with tact and grace. The process was simple and easy, everything happened as expected, and my replacement product arrived quickly. My only complaint is that the delivery company did not follow my delivery instructions, and the shipment could have easily been stolen from the location where it was dropped off. Thankfully, I noticed the shipment had arrived as I was driving past my home!
Excellent customer service, I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
