Good experience, good experience
Usually not a buyer of extended warranties due to hassle I’ve experienced during claims. In this case, my purchase included the warranty. When my device failed, I looked it up and got a hassle free pay out. Not 100% of what I paid but I was satisfied with the overall experience. The only thing I hope they improve is they should payout to an online account vs a paper check. The extra hassle of waiting for paper check and risk it getting lost is something they can improve upon. Either way, very happy overall.
I was pleased that I did not experience any problems with having my product fixed and returned.
The process was easy peazy, From filing the claim to their decision was just so easy and I'm very satisfied in my outcome. I would definitely recommend purchasing this coverage.
