I figured it would take over a week to get it back, but was surprised that they were able to fix it (without having to reset the entire thing) and had it back to me the following Thursday."

"Having never used SquareTrade before I was a little hesitant, unsure of how the process was supposed to work. I was pleased to find that the online setup was easy and simple. "Ive been using SquareTrade for a number of years, and had probably 10-20 warranty contracts with them. Ive had to use the warranty perhaps 2-3 times in that period of time, and every time they have been absolutely great to work with. They respond almost instantly; they are polite and helpful and there's never been any problem with a claim. On the recent claim, I had the claim settled and the money in my account within 48 hours!
