They ALWAYS properly fix and return our products faster than we thought possible. In the one instance that our item couldn't be repaired we had been reimbursed in even less time. We wouldn't buy an electronic without a SquareTrade Warranty ever again, undoubtedly worth every penny and more!"

"LOVE LOVE LOVE SquareTrade and will NEVER, EVER buy anything electronic that can not be warrantied by them!!! I had purchased my 13 year old daughter a laptop for her birthday in August. She loved it and used it daily, as tweens do. Last weekend, she shut the top of it and her screen cracked. I called SquareTrade and their very friendly associate walked me through the claims process. He helped me through each step of the process from where to get my reciept to how to print, sign and scan the documents I needed. He stayed on the phone with me through the whole process. Square Trade not only reimbursed the full purchase amount but I didn't have to even be bothered with shipping back the old one. I just was amazed at this company's customer service. "I purchased my first SquareTrade warranty for my daughter's MacBook Pro about a year and a half ago. Recently she started having problems with the MacBook not booting up. Since it was no longer under the Apple warranty I called SquareTrade to place a claim. I wasn't sure what to expect, but to my surprise, I was told to just bring it to any repair center, have it repaired and attach the receipt to the email they would be sending with a Claim #.
