"I have filed two claims with Square Trade and been very satisfied both times. The first was for a $1000 computer monitor that died after 5.5 years. I still had 6 months left on the contract. It was not repairable and they sent me a check for $870. It was hassle free. That was a fair price considering the age of the monitor. Well I've needed to repair my Iphone 5 repair twice this year, and in both cases it was easy to claim, process, and reimburse. I appreciated the fact, I was given options to either have it repaired at my own preferred phone center, or to apple or through mail. I chose my own center, and obtained reimbursement quick and easy. I've never had to call anyone, which is my favorite part. I file my claim online, they email a print off postage for me to tape on to my return. I get my money! Next stop was an Apple store where the phone was completely replaced.
