"My son had an iPhone 5 that was getting pretty flakey. I told him not to worry, I had purchased a 2 year Square Trade warranty when he got it. A couple buttons weren't working and the camera was totally useless. I sent in a claim to Square Trade and within 24 hours I received an email stating the claim was approved. "Okay, I'm a clumsy guy, and that's why I LOVE Square Trade. First, they have been excellent with all three of my claims (yes, three). No hassle - fixed or payback the day it arrived at their depot. Second, their warranties cost less than anyone else's. Third, you know exactly what's going to happen - no funny business or double talk. I won't buy electronics without a SquareTrade warranty. "
"Here is my story: I made only one mistake buying a China unbranded GPS for features, free lifetime map updates and 3 year warranty. Something that day when ordering it on eBay, was staring me in the face about another protection plan which I usually will not purchase, but thank god I did! "First claim ever using SquareTrade and it went smoothly. Paid the $50 deductible and made an appointment with an Apple Genius. Due to water damage, a new phone was provided and I paid the replacement fee. Emailed a copy of the receipt to SquareTrade and the reimbursement was in my PayPal account within one hour! The representative had prepared me for a 2-3 day wait so imagine my surprise. Definitely a great experience!"
