"This is my 2nd Square Trade warranty, and the first I've had to make a claim on. It was for my laptop. Their representatives were helpful, polite and very friendly. They created a claim, sent a box for my laptop, kept me informed every day with emails stating the status, and most of all were very quick to get my computer back to me, fully repaired. "Great service. No, wait....Amazing service! You don't even have to hold on the phone; they call you. They walked me through the whole process and everything was complete and I had a refund on it's way within hours! No joke, hours. I will NEVER buy anything without Square Trade!"

"The lady I spoke with was very professional and resolved my problem with great knowledge. It is the second time I have had to talk with your company, to separate problems and both times I was treated as if they felt I was important and resolved both problems with great accuracy and in a timely manner. "I have received prompt, courteous service from Square Trade (ST) each time I called. The ST rep diagnosed my TV problem by phone and ordered parts--I then followed up with the service rep they recommended. While the parts did not fix the prob the 1st time, we went thru the process again, the rep ordered more parts and the 2nd time it was a success. Something to note--the parts ST provides for repair are not new--they are refurbished. This way ST can afford to send a myriad of parts for replacement w/o worrying about cost, a... read more

"I was skeptical of the extended warranty from the beginning but I bit the bullet because my TV was a big purchase. It turned out great because my TV had dead pixels after the manufacturer warranty expired. Now because I bought the extended warranty squaretrade has reimbursed me for the purchase price of my original TV so I can purchase a new one. "

"Overall smooth process to have my TV evaluated. Representatives were very responsive over email and kept me up to date on the claim. In the end my TV had to be replaced but they did not have an equivalent size TV in stock. Without me asking, I was offered a check for the value of the policy. Overall great service. "

"I never expected to get a voice on the phone within a couple minuted to deal with my claim. They were fast and great at explaining the process. The company they sent to look at my TV was efficient and on time and had the repairs done in no time at all. I will defintely use Square Trade warranty again and highly recommend to anyone. "

"From start to finish, the issue was handled in just over 2 weeks. This included contacting the company, setting up a technician and them coming out to determine the TV could not be fixed, then order and delivery of a new TV. The TV was comparable quality and had more options than the old TV. Happy with the results."
