"I purchased a Square Trade Warranty about 2years ago when I bought my husband a new PS4... it was the first generation. When I heard about how it was having issues and hearing my husband say that its never good to buy a first generation in anything I got nervous and got the warranty. "I purchased SquareTrade protection for my wireless range expander which stopped functioning completely over a year after its purchase. I filed a claim with SquareTrace and was pleasantly surprised how promptly they replied and confirmed my claim was covered under the policy. They emailed me a prepaid shipping label and promptly refunded me the replacement cost as promised within a couple of days. "
